3 ONGC Staff Arrested For Stealing Goods Worth Rs. 22 Lacs

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, a well-known name in the market as now been in news for being stoled goods for worth rupees 22 lacs straight from the godown of ONGC. Three staff members working in ONGC located at makarpura road, Vadodara got arrested for the crime.

The incident took place somewhere in the month of March and September and it took the limelight when employees working in ONGC went to a godown in order to get some necessary material for the work. When employees reached the godown they were not able to find out the material and they searched out for it but failed eventually.

When after trying all the possible ways, they were not able to find it, they reached out to Deepak Rohit who serving himself as the senior material management officer did an investigation that included an inventory check and then they got to know that material worth of rupees 22 lacs was missing from the godown.

Deepak Rohit also told to the police force that it has been confirmed that employees of ONGC have not taken the material. And after this, he filed a complaint against three people – Gangram Bariya, Naran Bariya, and Anand Mishra.

Currently, more details have not been revealed but we hope the materials will be safe and will be given back to ONGC and the loss will be covered.
