Few days have passed since people living in the Banyan city have got relief from flood, but it seems like other states in India are still in the trap of floods. Kerala, last year already lost millions of things because of a mega-flood and now the history is repeating itself. Till now more than 2500 people have been rescued from the flood in the last 1 or 2 days.

Last year Kerala suffered from a drastic loss in which many people lost their house, their business, many people died and what not and this year also 2 people till now have died, as the torrential rains hits to coasts of Kerala covering the areas such as Kasardog, Kannur, Wayanad, Idukki.

E Chandrasekharan who is at present the Kerala Revenu Minister told to sources that till now 2 people have been dead and more than 2600 people have been moved to the relief camp which is spread at various locations across the entire state.

Still, there are predictions of heavy rainfall and because of this prediction, the Kerala Disaster Management Authority has announced “Red alert” for various cities like Kozhikode, Idukki and Malappuram. Also, all the schools and colleges will remain closed for few days.

We hope that the people of Kerala will be safe and get all the necessary essentials on time. Pray for Kerala!
