Amid so many issues going on in between India and Pakistan since the last couple of months. There is good news floating which will make Indians immensely proud. This time, our Indian Cricket Team U-19 has ruthlessly demolished Pakistan U-19 Cricket in Asia Cup.

The Under-19 Cricket Asia Cup is right now ongoing in Sri Lanka. On 7th September 2019, both the teams were battling each other in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Both the archrivals laid their full efforts to get the win on their side. But, it was the Men in Blue who tasted success in the end.

While batting first, Indian Opener and one-down batsman NT Tilak Verma jointly established a partnership of 183 runs for the second wicket. During this haul, both the batsman scored their century.

The total runs Arjun scored is 121 off 111 balls, while on the other hand, Tilak scored 110 runs off 119 balls. Due to their efforts, Indian team scored 305 runs in 50 over at the loss of 9 wickets.

Pakistan team, when came to bat was already shivering with the huge score. Only Pakistani Skipper Rohail Khan was the one who could sustain himself in the Tsunami of Indian bowlers. He scored 117 runs off 108 balls.

Although he got a little support from Haris Khan who scored 43 runs along with him. Both of them jointly had a partnership of 120 runs which wasn’t sufficient to stop the Men in Blue. From India, Left-arm spinner Atharva Ankolekar took 3 wickets.

Pakistan Team lost wickets at continuous intervals and their journey fell 60 runs short and ended at 245 runs in 46.4 overs.

Indian Opener Arjun Azad was named as Man of the Match for his quick century which helped India get the win.
